1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 567zk ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or accessing any content on 567zk, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If any part of these Terms conflicts with a specific promotion or bonus offer communicated to you directly, the terms of that specific offer apply for the duration of that offer only. All other provisions of these Terms remain in full effect at all times.

567zk reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 567zk you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 567zk does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming or sports betting is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and current personal details during registration, including your full name, date of birth and contact information.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended 567zk account. Each individual is permitted one account only.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or in a professional capacity for, another person when registering or placing bets.

By completing registration you confirm that all information provided is accurate. 567zk is not liable for losses arising from incorrect registration details provided by the player.

3 Account Responsibilities

Your 567zk account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised that activity.

• Keep your login credentials – username and password – confidential at all times. Do not share your account access with any other person.
• Notify 567zk support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Do not allow any other person to use your account to place bets, make deposits or claim bonuses.
• One account per person, per household and per device is strictly enforced. Duplicate accounts may result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of 567zk complies with any applicable local regulations in your area of residence.

567zk will communicate with you via the email address or phone number registered to your account. Please keep these contact details current and accurate.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

567zk supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The following payment methods are currently supported:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your 567zk balance following confirmation from the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within seconds; Bank Transfer timelines vary.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit wherever possible.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification if total cumulative withdrawals exceed specified thresholds.
• 567zk does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 5 for full details.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

567zk offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome offers, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards and VIP-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per IP address. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. This is a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports betting typically contributes 100% towards wagering requirements; contributions for casino games are detailed in individual offer terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically.
• 567zk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided this does not affect bonuses already accepted and in the process of being wagered.
• PSL and cricket-specific promotions are subject to the same general bonus rules unless the promotion's own terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting wagering requirement loopholes, hedging bets or using automated systems, may result in bonus cancellation and account review.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 567zk are final once confirmed. The following rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on the platform:

• Bets can only be placed using real money or eligible bonus funds held in your 567zk account. Credit-funded play is not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed within the relevant sportsbook or casino game interface.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error or disconnection during a bet or game, 567zk will use recorded transaction data to determine the outcome. The Platform's decision is final.
• For sports betting, all markets are governed by standard sports betting rules for the relevant sport. In-play markets may be suspended at any time at 567zk's discretion, particularly during key moments in live matches.
• Cricket and PSL betting markets are subject to official match result declarations by the relevant governing body. Abandoned matches, weather interruptions and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes are settled in accordance with standard cricket betting rules.
• Live casino games are conducted by third-party professional dealers. The results of live games are determined by the physical game in progress and are not influenced by 567zk.
• All slot and bingo games on 567zk use certified random number generation systems. Outcomes are random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 567zk and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and permanent ban:

• Creating or operating more than one account on 567zk.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets or interact with games.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, system errors or odds anomalies for profit.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion or any activity designed to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Using the platform for any money laundering or financial fraud purpose.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Placing bets while excluded under a self-exclusion arrangement or while barred from the platform.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language or threatening behaviour towards 567zk staff or other players through any support or chat channel.

567zk actively monitors for prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is detected, 567zk reserves the right to suspend or close the account, void affected transactions and, where appropriate, report the matter to relevant authorities.

8 Responsible Gaming

567zk is an adult entertainment platform. We encourage all players to engage with our platform responsibly, within their personal budget and without letting gaming interfere with daily life, work or family commitments.

• 567zk is strictly for players aged 18 and above. Players who are under 18 are not permitted to register or use any service on the platform.
• Players can set personal deposit limits, session time limits and loss limits directly from their account settings at any time.
• Self-exclusion options are available for players who feel they need a break from gaming. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the duration selected.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 567zk platform – including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, game interfaces, text, software and promotional materials – is the property of 567zk or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any 567zk content without prior written permission.
• The 567zk name, logo and associated brand elements may not be used in any marketing, social media or other public-facing material without explicit written authorisation.
• Game titles available in the 567zk game lobby are licensed from third-party game providers. All rights in those games remain with the respective providers.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, 567zk shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical outages, third-party service failures or events outside 567zk's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from bets placed in error by the player, including incorrect stake amounts or market selections.
• Any indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of profit or anticipated earnings.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banking institutions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

567zk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Provision of false or misleading identity information during registration or verification.
• Operating multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Engaging in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Account inactivity for a prolonged period as defined in the platform's dormant account policy, which will be communicated to the registered email address before any balance adjustment is made.

If your account is suspended due to a suspected violation, 567zk will communicate the reason to your registered email address and provide an opportunity for you to respond before any permanent action is taken, where it is reasonable and safe to do so.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting 567zk customer support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure, subject to completed wagering requirements, will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

12 Amendments to These Terms

567zk may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified via the email address registered to their account and/or through a notice displayed on the platform at login.

Continued use of 567zk following notification of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss your account options.
